It’s been a long time since I haven’t release Brurry icons —a rounded square icon for Mac that resembles iPhone’s icon. Okay enough the yada-yada. Today I create Echofon (Twitter for Mac) and Google Chrome icons that you can download for FREE!

Not all folks use these apps on their Mac, so I decide to separate them in each set:

Google Chrome

As my previous posts, I’m still loving famous rounded-square icon style. Therefore, revamping all of my app icons to match the iPhone-alike icon is a must for myself.

Go download it then. It just a crop-and-paste job from the original icon into the Brurry template that I already made. So the credit goes to its original author.

I will create and upload the other brurrified apps, so place your bookmark here and check back often.

Here we go… square-rounded a.k.a iPhone-alike version for the most popular and free torrent client for Mac, Transmission.

You need to replace original Transmission.icns which located at Contents > Resources folder inside the app (right click, choose Show Package Contents).

Otherwise, it will show the original icon at pause and quit state.

Bonus! Netscape Navigator got brurrified too. Cheers!

I’m falling in love with rounded-square icons in no time because it has a great clarity for quick access and easy to recognized. Now the icon with similar shape as iPhone’s default icon are being popular since the guys at IconFactory released sort of System and Extra icons.

Unfortunately, it only covers Mac’s most popular apps. I don’t want my Dock looks messy and lack of inconsistencies by leaving the less-famous one untouched. So I decide to create Brurry —Photoshop template that you can download for FREE!

The zip file contains all required size for IconBuilder tool, from 16, 32, up to 512 pixels on a separated file. Enjoy!
